Easy to adjust and great traction. To me it feels the same as in physical therapy sessions.
One has to use it on a firm surface such as the floor. The only criticism I have is when one wants to release the pressure: in my opinion it happens too fast. Bug one can easily go much slower by not fully opening the release valve. Highly recommend this item!

Right when the pain and tingling starts is the best time to use a traction machine. Not two weeks later, twice a week at physical therapy. This machine has saved me so much time and money and discomfort. When I start to get the tingling in my fingertips, I use this for 15 minutes a night for two or three nights and it goes away.

My insurance purchased this for me to use at home after being diagnosed with C5/C6 herniated discs.
