Easy to set up and use. I don’t have to go to the physical therapist to get lumbar traction. I now can do it in the convenience of my home.
Alan Freedman –
A great help for my back.

Reckon this is as close to an actual traction table as you can get. works like advertised and gets my three degenerated discs working better, it’s not surgery but it works to relieve some pain.

My lower back killed me at night when lying down before buying this product. After 20 minutes on this home traction device right before I go to bed, I can sleep through the night with no pain. A miracle product. But be sure to strap it over skin and not over clothing.

very high quality functions as described

When used correctly this device is amazing at relieving lower back pain caused by nerve impingement and disc bulging/herniation of the lumbosacral region.

I have a pinched nerve which affected my right leg. My doctor first suggested spine injections which did not help. His next suggestion was trying Physiotherapy. After trying different muscle exercises the therapist tried a portable traction device. After 2 sessions I noticed less pain in my leg. We continued using traction until my leg was about 90% normal. My Physiotherapy sessions ended. I decided to purchase a traction device, with doctors approval, for home use. The Saunders resembles the unit I used in therapy sessions. I used traction 15 minutes 2X a week. After 2 weeks I noticed no pain and my leg was back to normal. Will continue using traction to prevent spine from compressing again.

I?m a chiropractor and I have just about every traction device made. It?s originally Saunders. It?s the best one around for lumbar traction. Although I use a air compressor instead of the hand held pump to get enough traction but be careful. Other wise inversion chair or teeter is your other option. Don?t bother with Chinese junk alternatives. This us the real deal closest to professional traction

Our PT doc said this device, made by the same manufacturer as his professional model, would stretch us and reduce back pain. So far it works, but you have to position your buttocks carefully so the stretching device pulls your abdominal region away from your chest properly. It helps to use a low mounting platform rather than a twin bed.

I was using an item just like it from my physical therapist . I decided it would be a good thing to have around for my lower back pain. traction once a week should keep me from getting my sciatic pain back.

You must position the straps on this device exactly correctly, which takes a few tries at first. After using for a couple of weeks, my husband has experienced some relief from his back pain. It’s not the most comfortable device, but then back pain is the worst!

My husband has degenerative disc disease and uses this for decompression therapy instead of the costly therapy at the chiropractor.
