Saunders Traction reserve the right to ship any order with free standard shipping by any means we choose. If you can only accept certain shipping methods to your address please contact us at 1-800-883-0368 to set up the correct delivery method for your order
Note: For Return items sold with “Free Shipping” — Customers are responsible for both the delivery and return shipping fees. NO EXCEPTIONS
We charge you only the amount the carriers charged us for the delivery of your order.
UPS & FEDEX reserves the right to make the decision whether or not they will release a package without a signature. Some manufacturers only ship with a signature required for delivery. The customer may request at the time an order is placed that the order may be delivered without a signature. (Requests cannot be made after an order is placed). If a customer requests a package be delivered without a signature, the customer becomes responsible for replacing the package if it is lost or stolen. If a customer wishes to guarantee delivery with signature, they may request UPS deliver only with a signature — UPS requires a $3 up-charge for this signature request service, this up-charge will be added to the order at the time of shipping.
Please verify that the shipping address is correct at the time of the order. UPS/FedEx charges $11.00 for any address correction and this charge will be applied to the purchaser’s credit card when notified by UPS/FEDEX, usually within one week after shipping.
Note: In most cases, our carriers require a person present for them to leave the package. Notice will be left if no one’s there. It can be redelivered by the carriers or picked up at the carrier’s location.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. International order customers are responsible for any imposed duties and taxes based on the individual country’s customs. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
International customers may incur additional shipping and handling charges for warranty repairs, returns, or exchanges.
If the product requires power from an electrical outlet, the standard voltage rating is 120 Volts, unless otherwise stated. The use of this product with anything over 120 Volts, or in conjunction with a voltage converter, may cause serious damage and void warranty.
Shipping Oversized or heavy items costs extra. Be sure to read the special shipping information that appears on the product page.
Freight items are delivered dock to dock only. Any additional services, such as Lift Gate or White-Glove is additional and require us to get a freight quote. Additional fees will apply.
We require a good working phone number so the freight company can make an appointment for delivery. If no appointment is able to be made, the freight company will return the item back to the manufacturer. You will then be responsible for the freight charge of the item going back to the manufacturer, plus a restocking fee.
Due to shipping regulations, flammable items must be sent via surface shipping. If you order multiple items, your hazardous items will ship separately from the rest of your order. A hazardous material is identified as (but not limited to): Acidic, Caustic, Combustible Communicable, Compressed Gas, Corrosive, Explosive, Flammable, Infectious, Inflammable, Poison, Radioactive, Refrigerated, Toxic, and Volatile.
Oversized and hazardous items cannot be shipped to international or APO/FPO addresses.
Our system automatically calculates shipping charges of your order, based on the total price and the chosen method of shipment. You have the opportunity to check the less expensive shipping cost (ground) when you put your item(s) in your shopping cart. Different options such as next day or 2nd-day service will be offered upon completion of your order and before the final order confirmation.
Estimated Shipping Dates
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It’s entirely possible for an item that hasn’t shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.
Estimated Delivery Dates
To determine the date you’ll receive your order, use the following calculation:
(Availability) + (Shipping Method*) = Estimated Delivery Date
*Shipping Method is defined as Standard Delivery, 1-Day Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, etc.
Note: there is no weekend delivery or pickup service for our 1-Day and 2-Day Delivery options.
1-Day and 2-Day Delivery Defined
Selecting either 1-day or 2-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one or two days. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1- or 2-day shipping.
Here’s an example:
If you order an item with 24-hour availability and select 1-day shipping, the item will usually ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day. This is two business days total. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via 1-day shipping, may not be processed by the carrier until Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that item availability may vary and is listed on the product description page.
Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order, it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.
- Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
